Step 1: Contact Muller Chokes and explain your reason for exchange or return.
Step 2: Include a note describing your return referencing any communications you have had with Customer Service.
Step 3: Include a copy of packing slip, order confirmation, or order number.
Step 4: Send choke or chokes, with note and copy to address above.

Please note that our shipping cut off time is 4pm ET. All orders placed AFTER 4pm ET will ship the following business day.
If you want your order delivered on a Saturday, YOU must request UPS SATURDAY Delivery.
If you order NEXT DAY AIR on a Friday, your order will arrive on MONDAY and not on Saturday UNLESS you specify and pay for SATURDAY Delivery.
